Lisa Snead

Lisa Snead joined Kin Commercial in 2019, bringing more than 30 years of experience in retail real estate strategy, leasing, and asset repositioning including recent lease-up of Clayton Lane in Cherry Creek North. Licensed in Colorado and Florida, Lisa specializes in enhancing retail property performance through strategic merchandising, tenant mix optimization, and leasing. Her extensive knowledge of national retail markets and landlord expectations also provides a distinct advantage in tenant representation.

Previously, Lisa held senior leasing positions with Simon Property Group and The Mills Corporation, executing approximately 200,000 square feet of retail leases annually for major destinations including Colorado Mills and Sawgrass Mills. As Group Vice President at The Mills Corporation, she led a 12-person team responsible for leasing Madrid Xanadu, a landmark retail and entertainment development in Spain.

An avid traveler and aspiring artist, Lisa has explored 52 countries and enjoys hiking and hot yoga. She actively supports community organizations including Warren Village, Metro Caring, Project Worthmore, and Impact100.
