About Deborah.
Kin Commercial partners with Deborah Stevens, founder and lead strategist of DStrategic, to guide the firm’s marketing, branding, and strategic initiatives. With more than 20 years of commercial real estate experience, Deborah brings expertise in marketing strategy, business operations, and creative campaigns, along with a practical, solutions-oriented approach to helping clients succeed.
Prior to founding DStrategic, Deborah spent nearly 13 years as Operations & Marketing Director for NAI Shames Makovsky, overseeing operations, personnel, and brand development. Her career also includes strategic roles with Trammell Crow Company, Frederick Ross Company (now Newmark), and an NAI Global affiliate.
Deborah holds a BBA in Real Estate and Public Administration from Baylor University and remains active in Denver’s Baylor alumni community.
Outside of work, Deborah enjoys concerts, sporting events, and exploring new travel destinations.
